Jillian Nellie Hennely was born on the 25th of November in 1968. She is a talented Canadian actress and performer who has made a significant contribution to American television. The show has been highly praised for her exceptional performances in the American TV show Law & Order in which she as Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons and Crossing Jordan, wherein she portrayed Jordan Cavanaugh the main character over a period of six years. Hennessy is also known for her stellar performances on RoboCop 3 Most Wanted. Other films include Chutney Popcorn (an independent film) as well as The Acting Class. Hennessy's acting career began in 1988 when she along with her sister played twin Callgirls on Dead Ringers. She appeared briefly in Buddy The Buddy Holly Story The Buddy Holly Story on Broadway in 1990. In 1993, Hennessy stepped out of the world of musicals and into the science-fiction genre, playing the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. The following fall year, she joined in the ensemble cast of the NBC sensational crime show Law & Order in the character of assistant district prosecutor Claire Kincaid. Parker has appeared on movies and television shows like RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on The Side The West Wing Angels, for which Parker was awarded an Golden Globe Award as well as an Emmy Award. Parker was also honored with the Tony Award in 2001 for Best Actress, for her part as Proof on Broadway.
